Admissions Process

St. Clare of Assisi Catholic School is currently accepting applications for the upcoming academic year: 2026-27. Please see the steps below for a detailed description of the application process.

  • Step 1: Inquire Now, Enrollment is Open
    Start by reaching out so we can learn about your child and share helpful information about our programs, expectations, and school community. (970)926-8980 *101.

  • Step 2: Apply Online.

    Complete the online application here. Our Admissions team is here to support you at every step.

  • Step 3: Visit Our Campus

    Schedule a tour to walk our halls, observe our classrooms, and meet the teachers who create a warm and encouraging learning environment.

  • Step 4: Student Assessment & Family Conversation
    After a student assessment, families then meet with school leadership to discuss academic readiness, student support, and what you hope for your child’s education.

  • Step 5: Decision & Enrollment
    Once the process is complete, you’ll receive your admissions decision. Accepted students receive next steps for enrollment and joining the St. Clare community.

We offer personal tours for families throughout the year. During your visit, you’ll walk through our campus, observe learning in action, and have the opportunity to ask questions about our curriculum, student life, and admissions process.

Hours of Operation

  • Student supervision begins at 7:45 AM.
  • School is in session from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
  • The office is open from 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM on school days.
  • Student pick-up is from 3:00 PM – 3:15 PM.
  • Afterschool programs available until 4:15 PM.
  • Gypsum, Eagle, Edwards, Avon & Vail bus transportation available.
