Theology

Grounded in Scripture, Tradition, and Reason.

Engaging faith through study and reflection.

Grow In Virtue.

From sixth through eighth grade, students at St. Clare engage in comprehensive theology courses that deepen their understanding of Catholic teaching and tradition. Grounded in Scripture, Church tradition, and Christian anthropology, these courses give students a clear framework for understanding what it means to live as disciples of Christ.

Students study the lives of the saints, learn to pray in diverse ways, and explore the Theology of the Body through the Ruah Woods curriculum, helping them grow in virtue, respect, and understanding of God’s design for human life.

Through these courses, students not only gain knowledge but also develop confidence in applying Catholic teaching to their daily lives. They learn to think critically about moral decisions, lead with compassion, and live their faith with joy, integrity, and purpose. Theology at St. Clare equips students to grow in wisdom, virtue, and a lifelong relationship with Christ.

We are called to love God and one another.

When we align with God and our purpose, we are destined for happiness.
