Celebrating Our Church Groundbreaking

Dear Parishioners and Friends,

Friday, July 24th, our parish celebrated a moment generations have prayed for—the groundbreaking of our new church. For the students of St. Clare of Assisi Catholic School, this milestone is deeply personal.

For twenty-five years, our students have gathered for Mass in the school gymnasium. They have prepared for First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion, celebrated the sacraments, grown in their love of Christ, and even welcomed new members into the Church through Baptism.

The gymnasium has faithfully served as a place of worship, prayer, and celebration. It has been the setting for countless moments where our students encountered Christ and experienced the beauty of our Catholic faith.

And now, through the generosity, prayers, and sacrifice of this parish community, our students will soon walk across campus into a sacred church built for generations to come.

What an extraordinary gift.

This church will become the spiritual home of our school—a sacred place where our students will celebrate their faith, create lasting memories, and experience the beauty of belonging to a parish community that believes in them.

As we celebrate this historic day, we also celebrate you. Thank you for believing in our parish, in Catholic education, and in the generations of children whose lives will be shaped by your generosity.
